Honey, Molasses and Home-Made Pepper Paste in Antalya

Strained honey and comb honey in jars; mulberry, juniper and black grape molasses each on their own. Our paste is sun-cooked at home — hot in one bucket, sweet in another, spooned out and filled into your jar.

Molasses is the winter favourite: some mix it with tahini for breakfast, some spoon it straight to their children. Flower honey and pine honey stand side by side on the shelf and we will let you taste both.
